Have you ever wanted to know what a bar was really like, but alas, you couldn’t find a review online? Well, you’ve come to the right spot. Welcome to our blog, Sip ‘N’ Tell. We’ll provide you with a totally unbiased opinion from a non-regular who truly wants you to have a great night. We are your go-to guide for the hottest, hidden spots in D.C. We sip and tell you all! The “La” Factor.
What’s important to you is important to us. We will be looking at five different categories: cleanliness, atmosphere, service, quality and accessibility. We will rate each venue at the end of each review with one of the three following statements: Blah means it sucks; La means it was ok and Oooh-la-la means it’s awesome!
“You've been La’d.”
How do you know if you've been La’d? When we leave, one of our lovely La’s will place our card in the billfold. Check back and we will have your review within a week.
Disclaimer: Don't be surprised if we love your establishment, but we still find room for improvement. Snotty servers, inattentive bartenders and rude hosts will be put on blast. If your bathroom is nasty, it’s not our fault. So be aware and hopefully next time, if there is a next time, you “clean” up your act.
